Honey-Citrus Fruit Salad

This light, fresh fruit salad has hints of honey, lemons and limes, and mint.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. green grapes
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 6 oz. container raspberries
  • 6 oz. container blackberries
  • 16 oz. container strawberries, quartered
  • Half pineapple (approximately 10 oz.), cubed
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 6 fresh mint leaves, chiffonaded
Instructions
  1. Juice the lemon and lime into a small bowl.
  2. Add the honey and mint leaves and whisk together.
  3. Add about ¼ of each remaining fruit except for the bananas into a large bowl.
  4. Continue adding fruit about ¼ of a portion at a time to evenly distribute.
  5. Chill the fruit and dressing in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve the salad.
  6. Right before serving, add the sliced bananas and pour the dressing evenly over the bowl of fruit.
  7. Toss gently and serve immediately.
